Your Right to Deletion
At WC Service, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. This is in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection principles.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a confirmed deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your account and profile (name, phone number)
- Your saved tank addresses
- Your service request history and booking records
- Your push notification tokens (FCM)
- Any other personal data linked to your account
What May Be Retained
Certain anonymised or aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes in a form that cannot identify you. Additionally, records required by Indian law (such as financial transaction records) may be retained for up to 7 years as mandated by law, but will be isolated from your active account.
How to Request Deletion
Contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +91 63542 81445 with a request to delete your data, and provide the following information so we can verify your identity:
- Your registered mobile number
- Your full name on the account
- Confirmation that you want all data permanently deleted
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp to your registered mobile number once deletion is complete.
