Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using the WC Service mobile application ("App") or visiting wcservice.in ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Turiya Digitals, the entity that operates WC Service.

WC Service is an on-demand marketplace platform that connects customers who need water tank cleaning with verified local service partners. We provide:

• A platform to book water tank cleaning and related water-care services.
• Real-time status updates on service requests.
• Management of your tank cleaning history and schedules.

WC Service is a platform provider. We are not ourselves a cleaning company. The actual services are provided by independent third-party service partners.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using the App or Website, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• You must register with a valid Indian mobile phone number. OTP verification is required.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• You must not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Service requests are confirmed only after a partner accepts the job.
• You may cancel a booking before a partner has been assigned without penalty.
• Cancellations after partner assignment may attract a cancellation fee as displayed in the App at the time of cancellation.
• WC Service reserves the right to cancel a booking if no partner is available in your area, in which case no charge will be levied.

• Service prices are displayed in the App before booking confirmation.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
• Payment is due at the time of booking or as specified in the App.

Service partners are independent contractors, not employees of Turiya Digitals. While we verify partners before onboarding them, we do not control the manner in which they provide services. If you have a complaint about a partner, please contact us at +91 63542 81445 and we will investigate promptly.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten service partners or staff.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or Website.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or discounts.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the platform.

All content on the App and Website — including the WC Service name, logo, design, text, and software — is the property of Turiya Digitals and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turiya Digitals disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Turiya Digitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turiya Digitals, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anand, Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
