2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Phone number – used for OTP-based authentication via Firebase.
• Full name – used to personalise your account.
• Address / location of water tank – required to schedule a cleaning visit and dispatch a partner to your premises.
• Service requests and history – records of cleaning jobs booked through the App.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information – device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Crash & diagnostic data – crash reports and basic diagnostic information, collected via Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs and improve stability.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token – used to send push notifications about your service requests.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect payment card details, passwords, or any sensitive financial information. The app does not process in-app payments; any payment for a cleaning service is arranged directly between you and the service partner.

• To create and manage your account.
• To book, schedule, and track water tank cleaning services.
• To dispatch service partners to your location.
• To send transactional and service-related push notifications and SMS.
• To improve app performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• To comply with legal obligations applicable in India.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Partners – your name, phone number, and tank address are shared with the partner assigned to your job so they can contact you and complete the service.
• Firebase / Google – we use Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, and Cloud Messaging. Data is processed on Google's infrastructure. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Legal requirements – when required to comply with applicable law, court orders, or government requests.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records may be kept for 7 years as per Indian law).

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS / TLS).
• Firebase Security Rules to restrict database access.
• OTP-based authentication — no passwords stored.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we strive to protect your data using commercially acceptable means.

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent for communications (opt out of notifications).
