Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

We only dispatch partners once the request is confirmed and included in our tank cleaning route.

2. Refund for Service Issues

If you are unsatisfied with the service delivered, you may raise a complaint within 24 hours of service completion by contacting us at +91 63542 81445. We will investigate and, if the complaint is found valid, offer one of:

  • A free re-service by an alternate partner.
  • A partial or full refund at our discretion based on the issue.

Complaints raised after 24 hours of service completion may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellation by WC Service

We may cancel a booking if:

  • No partner is available in your area for the chosen time slot.
  • There is a safety concern or emergency at the partner's end.
  • Fraudulent activity is detected on the booking.

In all cases of cancellation by WC Service, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at booking.
  • Processing time is 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • UPI / wallet refunds may reflect faster (1–3 business days).

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Service was completed as described and you did not raise a complaint within 24 hours.
  • Cancellation after the partner has completed more than 50% of the job.
  • Damage claims that are not related to the cleaning service itself.
